2003 Cobalt 240 (26′ overall with swim platform). This boat has been exceptionally well cared for, always dry stored, and always maintained. It is powered by the fast 350 Mag, 300 HP MerCruiser (mid-50’s) and includes twin stainless steel props. Best of all this original engine only has 295 hrs.
Sound on the lake is important! I seriously upgraded the stereo system (+$3,000), which now features JL Audio speakers, JL Audio subwoofer, separate powered amp, a Sony marine receiver with built-in Bluetooth, a Sirius XM head unit, and two remotes bow and stern. Another important upgrade includes brand new custom seagrass carpeting that we had installed last year.
Other features include dual batteries and integrated battery charger. Removable cocktail/lunch table, swim platform with extended ladder, and TWO factory Cobalt covers (full boat cover and separate bow and cockpit tonneau covers). The boat has a lot of storage options for skis, boards, towels, etc and include a built-in ice cooler and separate step-in head. The boat includes the pictured aluminum trailer with disc brakes and has been dry stacked at Port Royale since I’ve owned the boat. Boat has been maintained at both Singleton and Port Royale Marina.
