About The Author
Greetings! I am the founder of MyCobalt.net. In 2005, I bought a Cobalt 343 in Naples, Florida. For several years, we enjoyed the warmth of the Gulf of Mexico, traveling frequently to Key West and the Dry Tortugas in our Cobalt 343. Nothing compares to the quality and beauty of a Cobalt Boat.
Today, MyCobalt.net is just a hobby. My day job is running www.formsonfire.com. Hop over there and give our product a try!
I also have a CM23. Mine is a 1985 and I believe I have the last CM23 manufactured. There were only 86 of these beautiful boats manufactured over the entire 3 year run and only 15 in 1985. I have serial #CM015. I would love to see more pictures of your boat as I see some differences. Mine is currently undergoing a restoration/refurbishment. I don’t know how many of these boats are left but it would be great to find out.

Hi Shawn
How is your restoration going? The differences I see is the railing is stainless in the rear of my boat and your is wood, and the throttle is different. I live in the bay area and usually take my boat out in the delta about 2 times a month. I have never seen another cm23 except on the internet . The cobalt website has the manual and brochure on these boats. Enjoy your unique boat.
