I’m original owner of a beloved 200. My port side front windshield recently shattered. Cobalt and TailorMade have been little help. Is there anyone out there who can help?

If you cant get a replacement panel from the windshield manufacturer then perhaps try a salvage operation. Might try eBay or Googgle. Likely won’t find one locally in your area. Other option is a custom auto glass outfit, but that may cost you more then replacing the whole thing. Last option……Buy some goggles!!!!
