Cobalt 232 Owner Has the Need for Speed
New member Scott James has a gorgeous 1996 Cobalt 232 sporting a Volvo Penta 7.4. He wants to gain more performance and better mileage out of it if someone can help. Scott is looking for suggestions, says he considered a “supercharger” but the money isn’t there at the moment. Scott is very handy and can accomplish most of the work himself.
