Cobalt Boats says the 343 was “all blended with the gung-ho athleticism of a true high-performance boat.” All I know is that its twin 496ci V8 engines put out a combined 850 horsepower pushing a safe, stepped hull and with the 9′8″ beam, it’s a super gentle ride. Of course, the cockpit instrumentation is fantastic. Below decks features corinthian leather and air conditioning whose comfort will make you love what you feel.
